Where AI could help in your business
See familiar uses, AI agents, voice assistance and live camera help through practical demonstrations.
A free, live Introduction for people running their own business
You know your business and you bring years of experience, judgement and hard-earned knowledge.
How could AI help you put that experience to work?
Join Steve Bolton for a practical one-hour Introduction to Bolt Practice. Find out how AI can help you explore a business problem, question your assumptions, and make progress on work that matters to you.
You are welcome whether you have barely tried AI, use it occasionally, or remain unsure about it.
Bring your curiosity, your questions and your concerns.
This is a free-to-attend one-hour live session on Zoom. Attendees will get a free copy of the book Think With Me.

You have tried asking AI a question or getting it to write something, but the answers can feel generic. You wonder how much to trust it, what information to share and whether learning another tool will be worth your time.
Meanwhile, there is real work in front of you: a customer you want to retain, a decision you keep putting off, a plan that needs testing or a repetitive task taking up too much of your week.
We will look at how to give AI useful context, ask better questions and check what comes back.
See familiar uses, AI agents, voice assistance and live camera help through practical demonstrations.
Notice what changes when you explain your aim, add relevant context and challenge an assumption.
Keep your judgement involved as you use AI.
Take away a starting prompt and discover Walk and Talk, using voice to think with AI about a real task afterwards.
We bring together three things: you, Bolt Method™ and AI capability. The central question is simple: where does AI belong in the work in front of you?
Accountability remains human.

Business owners, leaders, solopreneurs and investors involved in running their own companies.
The session is designed to be approachable for people with little AI experience. You do not need technical knowledge. Questions about accuracy, privacy, the pace of change or the effect on your own thinking are welcome.
Steve will open with the story behind his approach, before we explore your concerns and where you are starting with AI. Demonstrations move from familiar uses to AI agents, voice assistance and live camera help, with a return to a business spreadsheet built during the session.
We will consider the technology and the human experience of working with it, then introduce the Five Ways of Working With AI. You will leave with one action for that evening: Walk and Talk, supported by a prompt you can copy and use.
Bring one decision or task you would like to make progress on. A general description is enough; there is no need to share confidential business information.

Attend the Introduction and receive a free copy of Think With Me, the book behind the ideas we explore together. Use it to keep exploring how AI could support your thinking and your work after the session.
New dates will be announced soon. Each session lasts one hour on Zoom.
After the webinar, you can arrange an optional 15 to 30 minute suitability call to discuss your business, what you want to achieve and the support that could help. This is separate from the one-hour webinar.
Discovery sessions and Discovery days are by invitation only. The call helps us both judge whether there is a good fit and which format would suit your needs.
You are welcome to use the book and practice independently. If you want to explore Discovery, attending Introduction comes first, followed by a separate suitability conversation. There is no obligation to continue.
Bring your experience and one piece of work you care about. Leave with a practical starting point for thinking better with AI.
Better Thinking. Better Decisions. Better Outcomes.
