Accelerator
Make better work repeatable.
AI can be useful in a moment and still fail to change the way you work.
Over 12 weeks, you apply Bolt Method™ to the work already on your desk, with coaching, challenge and repetition so useful moments become a working practice.
By invitation, after Discovery.
Having the tools is not the same as using them well.
One task goes brilliantly. The next begins with a blank conversation.
One conversation contains exactly the context you need. Three weeks later, it is buried, stale or trapped in the wrong place.
An answer looks polished. You still have to decide whether the thinking beneath it deserves to be trusted.
A new model arrives. The interface changes. The work starts again.
A previous course made sense in the room and disappeared when ordinary pressure returned.
The question is not whether AI can help.
The question is whether you can still work this well on the next task, in the next tool and during the next difficult week.
AI can make weak work faster, while better practice changes the work itself.
The programme happens in the work you already have.
Bring the decisions, projects, conversations, systems and habits already shaping your week.
- A recommendation that needs testing.
- A plan whose weakest assumption is carrying the most weight.
- A difficult message where the wording is easier than the judgement.
- A process that works once but cannot yet be repeated.
- A project where useful context is scattered across people, documents and tools.
The teaching gives structure, and the work gives it consequence.
What you develop
Context you can use again. Build it deliberately, review it and carry forward what still matters.
Standards you can check against. Define what good work looks like before a polished answer makes the decision for you.
Habits that survive a busy week. Build routines you can still use when the work becomes uncertain, pressured or uncomfortable.
Judgement that remains yours. Decide where AI belongs, where it does not and what you remain responsible for.
Every week begins and ends in your work.
Bring it. Bring a live piece of work rather than an invented exercise.
Apply it. Use Bolt Method between sessions while the decision, project or responsibility is still moving.
Test it. Return with what happened: what improved, what failed, what looked convincing but was wrong, what you rejected and what you changed.
Challenge it. Your coach and cohort help you see the pattern, question the reasoning and push beyond the first acceptable answer.
The coach does not do the work for you. They help stop a useful result becoming a one-off.
Carry it forward. Keep the context, standards and habits that improve the work. Rebuild what does not.
Repeat until the practice holds.
The Method belongs in the work, not in your notes.
Bolt Method gives you a practical way to decide where AI belongs in a piece of work, direct what it does and remain responsible for what happens next.
The Five Ways give you a map. Values, Judgement, Thinking and Habits shape the quality of the work.
Outputs are inputs to your judgement, never substitutes for it.
You learn to:
- frame the work before choosing the tool
- give AI the context the work needs
- question the answer you already prefer
- test assumptions, evidence and consequences
- decide what must remain human
- review the work before anything important moves
By the end, the Method should be visible in work you can show, not merely language you can repeat.
He knew the tools, and the habit changed the work.
Phil Geraghty is co-founder of Crowdfunder.co.uk and has spent 25 years in technology and AI.
He did not need the tools explained, because he was already using them competently.
The shift came from a voice-first practice that gave him room to think through work and questions that task-by-task use had not helped him resolve.
‘The walk and talk habit changed everything for me. Voice-first AI Partnership opened up thinking I didn't know I was carrying.’
Phil also does some fractional work with Bolt Practice.
The practice also changed what he could get done. Phil describes his personal productivity increasing five to ten times. One US market research project that he says would previously have taken months was completed in hours, supporting new sales hires.
The same practice also helped him think through a difficult parenting question and find a practical way to reconnect his son with learning.
Phil's productivity figure is his own reported experience, not an independently measured result.

You leave with more than notes, recordings or a folder of prompts.
You should be able to show:
- decisions where you chose the role of AI deliberately
- context you can maintain, review and move when tools change
- standards for checking important work before it moves
- habits you can repeat without waiting for a session
- boundaries around what you will not delegate
- evidence of how your practice changed
What remains is a working system you can continue to use, test and improve.
The trainer leaves the room, the practice should not.
Accelerator asks for more than attendance.
This is the right commitment when:
- AI is already useful, but good practice still depends on the task, tool or day
- polished output has not made the difficult work easier to judge
- previous learning did not survive contact with the working week
- you carry decisions, projects or responsibilities worth practising on
- you are willing to apply the Method between sessions and bring back evidence
- challenge and accountability would improve the way you work
Your Commitment
Duration: 12 weeks
Structure: Begins with one full in-person session, where you install the Method and lay the foundations of your practice.
Followed by six fortnightly live sessions (online), building the practice into your ongoing work.
Between these sessions, rotating drop-in sessions are available, where you can bring live questions or challenges as they come up.
Start with Discovery.
Discovery is the natural first step before Accelerator. It is where you test the practice on one real piece of work, with far less commitment, before deciding if the full twelve weeks is right for you.
Better Thinking. Better Decisions. Better Outcomes.
Think better with AI
Investment: £3,500 plus VAT. By invitation only, after attending Discovery.
