Bolt Method helps you decide where AI belongs in the work in front of you. During Discovery, you will apply its Values, Judgement, Thinking and Habits to your own circumstances.

You will explore the Five Ways of Working With AI: Human, Tools, Agents, Partners and Networks. You will learn when to use a tool, when to delegate work to an agent, when to think with a partner and when the work belongs with people.

Your experience and judgement remain central. Accountability remains human.
