Learn the Method. Live it for a day.
Most people use AI without any real structure. They get faster, but not necessarily better or wiser.
Discovery is a hands-on day where you learn Bolt Method™ properly: the Five Ways of Working With AI, the Five Values and Five Habits that hold the practice together, and where you currently sit on that map. You will leave knowing how to think with AI, not just prompt it.
Full day, in person. £495. Held in Dorset and London.

All Discovery events are held in person.
Come with a challenge in mind, nothing more.
You do not need to bring a project, a deck, or a task to solve. Just have a recent challenge or decision somewhere at the back of your mind, something you have been turning over.
Through the day, you will learn the Bolt Method: how to recognise where AI belongs in your work, and how to build a genuine working partnership with it, one that goes further than however you are using it today.
You may be new to AI or already using it every day. What matters is that you leave with a way of thinking, not just another tool.
What happens
Learn the map. Understand the Five Ways of Working With AI and what each one asks of you.
Find where you are. Work out which Way you are currently operating at, and where you are not yet.
Practise the Method. Use the Five Values and Five Habits as they are meant to be used, in real time, with a facilitator.
Leave with a way of working. Not a generic playbook, and not a finished task. A different way of thinking with AI that you can carry into any piece of work.
The room matters.
Discovery brings together people whose work carries consequence.
Different fields and different decisions, with shared responsibility for what follows.
The outcomes will differ, because your context is different, but the discipline does not.
You are not there to perform certainty. You are there to examine the work.
Small enough to work on the decision, and different enough to improve the thinking.
Who leads Discovery.
Steve Bolton leads Discovery, having developed Bolt Method through decisions he could not afford to get wrong. He now helps other people apply it to the work they carry.
He does not give you the answer. He helps you see the work more clearly and make the decision deliberately.
What changed.
Caroline Marsh runs children's care homes, where trust and privacy are non-negotiable. She began with genuine concerns and a team resistant to AI. Within weeks, the resistance gave way, and creative work that had taken two days began taking ten minutes.
